The mascots are made in 5 parts (can be changed with customization or accessories):
1. Head material: The head material is POLYFOAM, which makes the head lighter than a cardboard constituent, and the user can wear it for a long time, not feel very tired by adding no extra pressure on the shoulders. You can easily clean the head with water and a sponge for example.
2. Breathing and vision: user can breathe very well when wearing it, there is the eye and mouth hole and neck area. The user has good vision through the head of the mascot costume, eyes or mouth.
3. Eye Net: There is plastic net on the costume eye, it can prevent dust or others from entering user's eyes.
4. Clothing set: The material depends on the model, we can make them with synthetic material. In fact, it is made of nylon and synthetic cotton. Please ask us first if you need more information. Accessories and mascot costumes are machine washable in lukewarm water.
5. Shoes: identical to the previous ones. You can choose the size and color of your mascot shoes.

Free delivery in standard or paid express delivery (make the selection on the site when ordering). We ship the item via international shipping services (UPS, Chronopost, DHL, DPD etc ...) which is the fastest and safest way. We include Australia, USA, England, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Japan, Korea. Please provide your telephone number and address for delivery (when completing the order online).
When you order from Clubmascot.com, you will receive a confirmation email. The mascot costumes on our website are all handmade after ordering, so it often takes 3-7 business days to process the mascot costume. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: The time it takes to make your mascot(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes make your mascot items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to tarvel from our warehouse to your destination.
